Refund/Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing the order by emailing Support@TheCovertCoop.com.  If an order is not canceled within that time frame the order will process and ship within 3-5 business days. Cancellations made outside of the 3 hour window will require the customer to wait for the shipped product and return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Item(s) must be in good condition with all tags included as received by customer. Once the item is received by The Covert Coop, we will issue the refund within 10 business days. Before returning an item, please be sure to let us know it is on the way by emailing Support@TheCovertCoop.com.
